Dilantin is an anti-epileptic drug prescribed to control grand mal seizures and temporal lobe seizures. Users of Dilantin are at increased risk for the development of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. SJS is a life-threatening skin disease that can cause rash, skin peeling, and sores around the mouth, eyes, and genitals.
