Biography:
Nancy Mismash's main areas of practice are pharmaceutical product liability (defective drugs), wrongful death, and mass torts.
As a member of the American Association for Justice, she participates in the AAJ Ortho Evra Litigation Group, AAJ VIOXX Litigation Group, and the VIOXX Discovery Committee.
