Biography:

Michael Banks received his formal education at the University of Utah where he earned B.A.'s in both Anthropology, and Speech Communication.
Michael completed law school in Oregon where he attended Willamette University's College of Law, and the University of Oregon School of Law, earning a Juris Doctorate in December, 2006.

Michael is a member of the Utah State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Utah Trial Lawyers Association.  He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in the State of Utah.

Michael enjoys steelhead fishing, playing the guitar, snowboarding, and wakeboarding.
