Biography:
Len is a native of Salt Lake City, Utah. He joined our firm in 2006 and is an Associate in the Salt Lake Office. . He was admitted to the Utah Bar (1979), the U.S. District Court, District of Utah (1981), the U.S. Military Court of Appeals (1984), and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
Graduating from the University of Utah with a B.S. degree (1975) and a J.D. Degree (1978), Len was a member of both Phi Alpha Delta and the Beehive Honor Society.
Author of "Crime Victim Compensation," (Journal of Contemporary Law, Winter 1979), Len is active in the Utah State Bar (Member: Fee Arbitration Committee, 1992--; Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, 1992--), and the Federal Bar Association. (Commander, U.S. Navy Reserves, 1979).
