Biography:

Nancy graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. degree in 1988. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho School of Law in 1992.

Nancy's main areas of practice are: product's liability-pharmaceuticals (defective drugs); wrongful death; and mass torts.

Nancy is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the AAJ Ortho Evra Litigation Group, AAJ - VIOXX Litigation Group, and the VIOXX Discovery Committee.
