What Can I Expect During The Interview Process:

Our goal is to make the interview process as convenient and easy for you as possible. If you would like us to come to your home, just ask. We understand that the only reason you are viewing our website today is because of an unfortunate situation that has caused physical harm to you or a loved one. The more information you can provide at your initial interview, the more quickly we can move your claim along. This is a “team” effort and you are part of that team. To help you prepare for your initial interview, we have listed below some sample questions you may be asked during the interview process.

Auto Accident. . .

• What are your injuries?
• Were you taken by ambulance to a medical facility?
• Have you received follow-up treatment? If so, please provide the names, addresses and phone numbers (if you have them) of these providers.
• How do you believe the accident happened?
• Do you believe it was the other party’s fault?
• Do you have auto insurance and if so, what company is it with? (Company name and Policy No.) (Do you understand Personal Injury Protection or PIP?)
• Do you have health insurance and if so, who with? (Company name, Policy No.)
• Did the driver of the other vehicle have insurance and if so, who with?
• Has anyone contacted you from the other driver’s insurance company? Have they asked you for a statement and if so, did you provide one?
• Were the police called to the scene and was a report filed?
• Do you have a copy of the police report? If not, do you remember which police department did the investigation? (For example, Salt Lake City Police, Murray Police, etc.) If it was on the freeway, it is likely the Highway Patrol.
• Did you and the other driver exchange “Driver Exchange Forms”. Do you have your copy?
• Did you provide a statement to the investigating officer?
• Are you aware of any photographs taken at the scene?
• Were there any witnesses?
• Are there any extenuating circumstances that may have contributed to this accident? (Weather, speeding, drinking, cell phone, etc.?)
• Is there anything else you wish to tell us about the accident?

Dog Bites. . .

• What are your injuries and how are you doing now?
• Have you received treatment and if so, please provide the name of the facility, doctors, etc.
• Were photos taken of the bite area? If so, who has these photographs?
• Did your doctor mention future treatment, scar potential, etc.?
• Tell me the facts as to how this dog attack occurred? (Where did it happen, what were you doing, etc.)
• Do you feel that you contributed in any way to this incident?
• Were you on private property?
• Do you know if the owner of the dog has homeowner’s insurance? If so, did he/she provide the name of the company and policy number?
• Has anyone from the insurance company contacted you? If so, were you asked to give a statement?
• Were there any witnesses? If so, did you get names, phone numbers, addresses?
• Is there anything else you would like to tell us about the incident?

We realize that you may not have answers to all of the above questions. We don’t want you worrying about that. We will conduct a thorough investigation and use all of our resources to bring your claim to an amicable conclusion.
